All rooms are en-suites.

For availability and rates, please use the Booking button to choose dates and check all the rates. Please note, our rates are occupancy based. The exact number of guests is required to be booked, as the rates will vary, and we don’t allow ‘extra guests’, just like you wouldn’t expect a train to allow an extra passenger without a ticket.

All of our rooms are setup as super-king. If you would like a twin bed setup, please note there is a £15 extra charge to cover the necessary bed split and re-joining later, and the bedding. Notify us about this requirement whilst booking. It may not be possible to accommodate this for last minute bookings. You will be able to select this extra fee during booking through our website, but not through Booking.com or other travel agents. in such cases, this fee will need to be paid via an email link prior to arrival.

There is an extra charge to setup an extra bed in our Deluxe and Belvedere suite, in addition to the super-king, if those beds are requested for a booking of 2 people. Same applies to the sofa requests in Summertime suite.

We do not provide folded bedding sets to be setup by the guests - we handle all bed setups ourselves.

All of our rooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. We do not have baths in any of the rooms.

We don’t allow infants. We don’t provide cots. We don’t provide infant safety rails for beds.

We don’t have a lift.

We don’t allow bikes, cycles, e-scooters, e-bikes, any wheeled contraptions of any kind, no exceptions. We don’t have cycle storage. We don’t have bike storage. We don’t have e-scooter storage.

We don’t allow parties.
